3D-printed NEMS perform as Si ones!
Great collaboration with Hebrew University of Jerusalem to fabricate Nano-Electro-Mechanical Systems (NEMS) with Q-factor and frequency stability comparable to top-down Si ones, while being printed with low cost, fast and versatile 3D printing (two-photon polymerization).
